Privacy note

This note covers the Senior AI Engineer hiring process at RBC Studio.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone, city, profile links, answers to the quick questions, your CV, your two written answers (including how long you spent typing them), and an audio recording and transcript of your interview with our AI interviewer. To prevent duplicate applications we also keep a one-way hashed identifier of your device and network.

How we use it

Only to assess your application for this role. An AI system helps summarise your CV and score your interview, and a real person reviews every application before anyone is shortlisted. We never use your data for anything else, never sell it, and never use it to train AI models.

Where it is stored

Privately and encrypted. Only RBC Studio's hiring team can see it. Interview audio is processed by our AI provider to run the conversation.

How long we keep it

Everything is deleted automatically within 6 months.

Your rights (India's DPDP Act, 2023)

You gave consent when you started your application. You can withdraw consent and ask us to delete your data at any time using the form below. We will delete it within 30 days.
